American-made luxury handbags and accessories featuring fresh takes on classic designs that perfectly capture the move towards modern elegance.

What makes Bonnie Dana Buchner so unique is the emphasis on personal experimentation and American production. BDB creates every sample by hand before bringing it to production so that we can stitch our own sensibility into the items. All of our products are made locally in Brooklyn and New York City, including our luxury handbags which are made in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard. At the beginning of each collection we source materials from American companies. BDB's goal is to not only support our domestic economy, but to show that US manufacturing is still among the best in the world.

The BDB in BDB is Bonnie Dana Buchner. Originally from an engineering background, she has been classically trained in women’s apparel and accessory design. She has worked in the New York fashion scene for over 10 years and still derives inspiration from the city everyday.
