Eco friendly nail paint D.I.D and Dasha Wellness Spa have partnered to present a wonderful evening of beauty, wellness, and awareness to the peace over violence campaign, Denim Day USA. Billie's Jeans Denim Day will be held April 23, 2014 at Dash Wellness & Spa's premier location on 115 E 57th Street. Billie's Jeans Denim Day will benefit DenimDayUsa.org by raising funds and awareness to the peace over violence campaign in NYC.

Denim Day is an annual violence prevention day sponsored by the Los Angeles-based nonprofit Peace Over Violence. This year marks the 15th celebration of Denim Day. Denim Day especially focuses on raising awareness about abuse and violence against women and children. Close to 10 million people across the country participated in 2013. Denim Day provides a wonderful opportunity for people to show solidarity with survivors of abuse around the country and to encourage open discussion about how we can work in our personal and professional lives to reduce violence in our communities. Wanting to establish a stronger presence for the campaign in NYC, D.I.D. nail paint founder Adrienne Blanks wanted to give people the opportunity to give back through something as simple as purchasing nail color. “To know that my product can make a difference in the lives of others is very important to me and I wanted to fulfill that purpose by aligning my color Billie's Jeans with such a worthy cause." Billie's Jeans Denim Day will feature a fun denim inspired evening of beauty and wellness. Manicure's featuring D.I.D. Billie's Jeans eco-friendly nail paint will be provided to all guests. One dollar from each purchase of Billie's Jeans nail paint will be donated to DenimDayUsa.org. Dasha Wellness & Spa will provide complimentary back and neck massages. Guest will also enjoy a serene evening of music, Denim Day cocktails by Ruskova Vodka, hors 'd oeuvres from La Gringa Taqueria BK, and gift bags from participating sponsors; Ettitude, Morrocan Oil, Dasha Wellness, It's A Hair Clips, Heather Marianna-Beauty Kitchen, and D.I.D nail paint.
