Popsicle Stick Workouts #TTGDIY

In keeping with April being National Fitness, Health and Wellness month, we're doing our part to get in on the action by making steps to be healthier in every way - visiting Urban Wellness Clinic regularly, cooking up some healthy lunch and dinners and even using our weekly DIY project to improve our fitness.

These popsicle stick workouts are a genius idea for mixing up your routine and if you're only starting to workout again and don't really know yet what direction to take then they're perfect for making the decision for you. Just pick them out of a jar to create your workout!

All you have to do is pick up some popsicle sticks (available in all Art and Craft stores - or your freezer!), get a pack of markers to jazz them up a bit and then pick your favorite workouts over on Pinterest - there's unlimited options. With DIY's like this motivating us to get up a go, we can see National Fitness, Health and Wellness month being a huge success!
