There must be a reason people are swearing by it, right? Even celebrities like David Beckham are total obsessing over yoga (now, that’s one sight I don’t think anyone would mind seeing).
Well, maybe that’s because it’s a workout that actually is… relaxing? Or maybe it’s because it’s the one time during the day or week for an hour or so that you can fully be in the present with yourself for a little me, myself and I time.
