What happens when you take two best friends, Augusto Bittencourt, an established Brazilian actor and singer, and former fashion executive Jared Barnett, and add the title of Elite Real Estate agents? Well, let's just say these two aren't just selling luxury Real Estate, they're selling New York!
Theres never a full moment with this set of duo-agents! Their ying/yang personalities are entreatingly engaging but they always are aligned when it comes to their selling style and hold a no-nonsense relationship with their sellers.
These rising stars are the perfect compliment to giving you and inside look into some of the most sought after million dollar properties here in New York, property trends, selling/buying in NY, to exotic travel & real estate.
What is your favorite past time?
* Since I haven't been acting lately, I try to use my free time to keep this passion alive taking singing classes or doing anything related to performing arts.
What are some of your hobbies?
* Traveling, theater, film, opera, outdoors, exercising, dinning.
How would you describe your selling style as a duo?
* We work on earning our client's trust by being as honest as possible about every deal and/or property and market.
Who and what inspires you?
* Parents always come first as role models but working for about 30 years in the film/tv/theater industry, I get extremely inspired by people who are humble and honest.
Define your fashion style?
* Sophisticated with an urban edge!
What is your favorite past time?
* Shopping.
What do you enjoy most about working together?
* Guto and I have known each other since 2006 and we are best friends. We know each other so well that we're able to work effortlessly together without competition or jealousy that can happen in partnerships. We have very similar personalities and senses of humor so we always have fun and joke around which makes working together great.
Who and what inspires you?
* My dad who came from extremely modest means and became a successful CEO.
Culinary Arts Influencer & Coffee Connoisseur
Anna Poulsen has taken her love and knowledge of coffee and her Culinary Arts Degree from the International Culinary Center and brought these two worlds together! We are hard at work here at TTG preparing for the official launch of her brand set for Summer 2018. We cant wait to share you with more information but for now it's our little secret!
Where did your love of coffee come from?
* I've always been a coffee lover and have followed the Third Wave Coffee movement since I first reviewed market research for a coffee shop I raised funds for in 2013.
What inspires you?
* My surroundings, my business idols/role models.
Favorite past time?
* Reading business magazines, esp. Entrepreneur
What are your favorite coffee shops and/or cafe's in NY?
* La Colombe (for the coffee), Happy Bones (coffee, playlist, cool aesthetic).
What tunes do you like to listen to when cooking?
* Seventies disco
