Your TTG girl gang is finishing up this Monday at the office by checking off their To Do List, one by one (and let me tell you, that's a great feeling for a Monday). *This* Exercise Will Give you the Biggest Calorie Afterburn

The last time you boiled a kettle of water, you probably noticed that the kettle (and contents) stayed hot long after you turned off the flame. The same thing happens with your body when you're done with a touch workout. Often times, even though we're already done with the heavy affront and onto the next task, our body continues to burn calories long afterward through the "afterburner effect," otherwise known as excess post-exercise consumption (EPOC).

The day before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle began their 16 day royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, and Fiji began, Kensington Palace announced they were expecting their first child. "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019," they wrote.
