Monday Motivation!


Happy Monday! Can you believe we're already more than halfway through February? In just two weeks we'll be into spring, which is then soon followed by.... SUMMER! The countdown is on, which also means the countdown is on for that summer body. I don't know about you but the cold winter months and dark evenings have made it difficult sometimes to get up and get exercising, with the thoughts of being wrapped up in front of the television sounding much more appealing...! But thankfully with spring will come longer evenings and so more time to do things.

And if you're currently in need of some Monday fitness motivation, then make sure to pick up a copy of this month's 'Muscle & Fitness' magazine, where our very own Lance Thomas tells us all about his training plan and how he manages to stay on top of his game all season long! Written by Jeffrey Eisenband, we find out how Lance became an eight-year league vet for the New York Knicks, after having originally being told he wouldn't make it! Definitely worth the read.
