Spring into spring (cleaning!) 🌸
Although the temperature outside may have you thinking we're in the depths of winter, we are in fact just over 1 week away from spring! And with that comes the annual 'big clean'. Almost like a 'biological imperative', spring cleaning has become increasingly popular in western society. As the evenings get longer and brighter, we slowly begin to awaken from our hibernation and with that comes the sudden urge to declutter and tackle the mess that may have accumulated over the cold, winter months. But why?
According to research, much like the New Year, many people feel spring is a time for a fresh start and may experience increased levels of motivation to complete their goals and get their lives in order, which may involve physically getting their life together.
