Top Players Attending Taste of Tennis NYC 2016

Not only will the legendary Rafael Nadal and Billie Jean King be taking part in this years Taste Of Tennis NYC but other top Tennis players will be showing up alongside them.

John Isner - Having played the longest match in history in 2010 at Wimbledon (it was against Nicholas Mahult and lasted 11 hours and 5 minutes, spanning three days), John Isner has been a champion from the start. With five title wins under his belt, we can't wait to see what this North Carolina born player brings to the party at Taste of Tennis this year.

Simona Halep - Currently the worlds #5 tennis player, the lovely Simona Halep is known for her speed, anticipation and compact strokes, winning 2015's Indian Wells title. Coming from Romania, she turned Pro ten years ago at just 14 and has been killing it ever since. Taste of Tennis is excited to welcome this Pro!

Gael Monfils - Once ranked No. 1 player in the world, Gael Monfils has had a huge number of wins this season in North America and while he's here, he's making sure to make a much-anticipated appearance at Taste of Tennis.

Sloane Stephens - One of tennis's most promising young players, 23 year old Sloane Stephens won her first WTA Title at the Citi Open in August 2015 and has since won the ASB Classic in Auckland and the Abierto Mexicano Telcel in Acapulco. Look out for her at Taste of Tennis, she'll be stealing the show!

Garbine Muguruza - Shocking the world when she defeated Serena Williams in this years French Open, Garbine Muguruza has fast become the 'One To Watch'. The 22-year old Spaniard will be joining us at Taste Of Tennis this year and we're so excited to meet the Next Big Thing in Tennis!
