Dr.'s Remedy Announces Philanthropic Fall/Winter 2016 Campaign

The Podiatrist Formulated Nail Care Line to Launch #PaintMePink Initiative with Proceeds Benefiting Cancer Research

SEPTEMBER 8, 2016 NEW YORK, NY – Dr.’s REMEDY Enriched Nail Care is excited to announce the launch of their new #PaintMePink campaign, with proceeds benefiting cancer research. This groundbreaking initiative will encourage consumers to share their stories of strength, empowerment and show their support by styling exclusive shades within the collection.

For the month of September, Dr.’s REMEDY will partner with Mattia Joyce Castellano, beauty influencer, makeup artist and Vice President of Talia's Legacy Children's Cancer Foundation. As part of the collaboration, a rich, shimmery shade of Dr.’s REMEDY gold lacquer will be renamed “Cure Gold”. The shade will be available for purchase exclusively throughout the month with ten percent of the proceeds donated to the foundation. Talia's Legacy Children's Cancer Foundation was started in memory of Talia Joy Castellano, who passed away from neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer, at the age of 13 years old. This non-profit organization helps to raise funds for clinical trials, research and drugs that specifically target childhood cancer. Castellano is dedicated to keeping her sister's legacy alive and will encourage consumers to creatively show their support by styling their Cure Gold shades and sharing via social media using the hashtags #PaintMePink #CureGold.

Starting in October during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dr.’s REMEDY is also proud to partner with Living Beyond Breast Cancer, an organization dedicated to expanding the resources and improving the lives of women living with breast cancer. As part of the #PaintMePink campaign, ten percent proceeds of the proceeds from three good-for-you shades, Promising Pink, Peaceful Pink Coral and Purity Pink, will be donated to help support this worthy cause.
